CARE INSTRUCTIONS

While nothing lasts forever, with proper care and repair, Stanley & Sons products can offer you many years of use. Here are some tips to keep your items lasting long.
  • Spot clean whenever possible trying to keep any leather components dry. Use mild soap and cold water. Hang dry.
  • If you should get leather wet, allow it to air dry slowly and away from direct heat.
  • Consider conditioning your leather components from time to time with Neatsfoot Oil to maintain a soft, supple feel.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping Policy -

  • We ship our merchandise via USPS First Class or Priority.
  • We can not guarantee delivery dates.
  • Customer is responsible for all customs duties and/or taxes incurred.
  • All international customs forms are marked at the correct item value and we will not mark any item as “gift”.
  • Stanley & Sons is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

International Shipping Policy

  • We ship worldwide with USPS Priority International.
  • We can not guarantee delivery dates.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for shipment. If you need your item shipped sooner please email us to see if this is possible before placing your order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

  • If your item does not work out we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 10 days of your items delivery.

  • Please send an email to info@apronandbag.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back to us in the mail. Items must be postmarked back to us within 5 business days of a return email confirmation. 

    • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

      • Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items.

      • We recommend you send the package via traceable carrier and insure for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are unable to process a refund until we have safely received the item.

        • Upon receipt of new and unused returned goods we will issue a refund for the full amount, minus shipping.
